Club president Ignatius Mazibeli opened the meeting welcoming members and guests. Lynne McLintock, club secretary, announced the guests and introduced them to the club members.
Andy van Wyk, standing in for Ignatius Mazibeli, started the meeting. After welcoming the guest speaker, guests , club members and formalities, Richard Riche from Golden Gavel gave a presentation on speech writing and presentation.
