Rob Douglas retired chemical engineer and twenty seven year long member of CIS toastmasters has been elected district 74 governor (Southern Africa). Rob holds a MBL from Unisa and is a DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster)
Rob has served in every role at club level and served twice as Lieutenant governor, once as district PRO and once as district secretary.
Over the past twenty seven years Rob has received many accolades, too many to mention here.
CIS is honoured to have Rob Douglas as a member.
