		<description>From a new members POV it was interesting to see the statistical options available for judging the results of a contest.

Rod mentioned that by far the largest number of disputes in clubs come from contests. No surprises here as a judge is supposed to be fair AND seen to be fair.  Should Toastmasters consider calling the contest judges by another name that reflects the human  / lay person character of a Toastmasters judge?</description>
